Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) plays a very pivotal part on the healthcare team. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) are a liaison between the patients/residents and nurses/doctors; in addition, communicate every issue to the medical staff.
Of course, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) do the majority of the physical aspect of the work, such as performing activities of daily living (ADL), transferring the patient/resident from one place to another, serving meals and assisting them eat, turning and re-positioning patients/residents that are bedridden, just to name a few. Guess what? Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) can also write about his/her experiences on a daily basis in this profession.
There are basic procedures and regulations that have to be followed with every patient/resident; there are an array of diseases and medical conditions that are complex. The bottom line: The more that Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) know about different medical conditions, it is more likely that the best care will be provided.
